This includes everything that a new item from the retail shelves would have tv tuner, usb extension cord, antenna, box, manuals, etc. No problems with this whatsoever and it was adult owned in a smoke-free home. I have never used the included tv tuner, but can confirm that one guide integration with pausing live is amazing.

I bought this a couple months ago and it worked perfectly when connected to my home antenna for over-the-air oat HDTV.
